About Me 

Hey YALL! 

I'm so glad you've made it to the page!

I'm Lauren also known as Lo.

Building trust with everyone I photograph is key, so let's start by telling you a little about my story, and I hope you are okay with me being 100 percent transparent. The roads in which I traveled prior to photography were roads that led me down a dark path to addiction with alcohol. After years of misery, I came to the conclusion that I knew I wanted a better life. So, with God's help, I decided to get clean and sober and in my first year of sobriety I figured well maybe a hobby would be a good distraction, so I picked up a camera and start letting my soul come alive for the very first time in a long time. You see, my mother is a photographer of over 20 years and has even been featured in The Knot magazine. I had helped her with weddings when I was younger, so fortunately she taught me a whole lot about being behind the lens of a camera.

Fast forward to now. I am almost 5 years sober and I've captured over 350 sessions. Needless to say, God has truly guided me to my true passion and blessed me beyond measure.

Outside of taking photos I love coffee shops, live music outdoors, thrift shopping, antiquing, attending bbq's with the fam, date nights with my sweet guy and weekly Tex Mex dinners.

My specialty is making my clients feel extremely comfortable, so rest assured we can laugh together, dance together, cry together, whatever the occasion, I'll be your biggest hype girl!
